Data Deletion Instructions
Rifa Baby Shop (Rifa Order AI)
You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time. This includes data collected through Facebook Login and Messenger: your connected Page details and access token, conversation messages, and order details.
Option 1: Email request
- Send an email to foisalshahina236@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include: your name, the Facebook Page name or Page ID (shop owners), or the name you used on Messenger (customers), and a phone number if you placed an order.
- We will confirm your request and delete the related data within 7 days. Some records may be kept longer only if the law requires it.

Option 2: Remove the app from Facebook (shop owners)
- Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Rifa Order AI and choose Remove.
- Then email us as in Option 1 so we can delete the stored data from our server.
What gets deleted
- Facebook Page ID, name and encrypted access token
- Stored conversations and messages
- Saved orders (name, phone, address, product, quantity)
- Saved AI settings and encrypted API key

ডেটা মোছার নির্দেশনা
আপনার তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে চাইলে নিচের যেকোনো একটি উপায় অনুসরণ করুন।
উপায় ১: ইমেইল করুন
- foisalshahina236@gmail.com ঠিকানায় "Data deletion request" বিষয়ে ইমেইল পাঠান।
- ইমেইলে আপনার নাম, ফেসবুক পেজের নাম বা আইডি (দোকানদার হলে) অথবা Messenger-এ ব্যবহৃত নাম ও অর্ডারের ফোন নম্বর (কাস্টমার হলে) লিখুন।
- আমরা ৭ দিনের মধ্যে সংশ্লিষ্ট সব তথ্য মুছে দেব এবং আপনাকে জানাব।
উপায় ২: ফেসবুক থেকে অ্যাপ সরান (দোকানদার)
- ফেসবুক → Settings → Business integrations (বা Apps and websites) খুলুন।
- Rifa Order AI খুঁজে Remove চাপুন।
- সার্ভার থেকে তথ্য মোছার জন্য উপরের মতো ইমেইলও করুন।
কী কী মোছা হয়
- পেজের আইডি, নাম ও এনক্রিপ্ট করা টোকেন
- কথোপকথন ও মেসেজ
- অর্ডারের তথ্য (নাম, ফোন, ঠিকানা, প্রোডাক্ট, পরিমাণ)
- এআই সেটিংস ও এনক্রিপ্ট করা API Key
